「ICSOC」という国際学会について調べてみました。

ICSOCとは「International Conference on Service Oriented Computing」の略で、サービスオリエンテッドコンピューティングと呼ばれる分野を取り扱う学会です。

2002年から開催されている、比較的新しい学会のようです。

サービスオリエンテッドコンピューティングとは、

ソフトウェアアプリケーションの設計・構築・配布・消費の方法を変える分散コンピューティングのための、新しい学際的なパラダイム

今までの自分の研究分野とは少し違った学会なので、こんな研究もあるのか！と少しびっくりした感じです。
自分にとって新しい分野に積極的に出て行くことができたらな、と思います。
